| Activating Your Account |
Note: After you register for the forum, you have 7 days to activate your account. If you do not, your registration will be removed from the database and you will have to go through the registration process again to become a member. (How?) |
 |
| If you are 13 years of age or older, activate your account by doing the following: |
| 1) |
After registering for the forum, watch for a message from the forum in your e-mail Inbox. |
| 2) |
When the message arrives, click on the link in the body of the message.
Tip: After you use this message to activate your account, keep the message in a safe place; it lists your username and password, and you can consult the message if you ever forget either one and want to log in.
Your browser opens and a message appears, indicating that your account has been successfully activated. |

 |
| If you are under 13 years of age, activate your account by doing the following: |
| 1) |
After registering for the forum, watch for a message from the forum in your e-mail Inbox. This message will contain a Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) form in the body of the message. |
| 2) |
When the message arrives, have your parents fill out the form and send it to the e-mail address Kelly [at] ZCrew.net (replace [at] with @) .
When a forum administrator receives the form, your account is then activated manually, and a message is sent to your e-mail address, indicating that your account is now active. |
|
 |
| If you are under 13 years of age, activate your account by doing the following: |
| 1) |
Check to see if your e-mail account is working properly. |
| 2) |
If your e-mail account is working, check to see if your Internet provider uses spam filters. If spam filters are used and enabled in your e-mail account, follow your service provider's instructions for allowing e-mail from admin@ZCrew.net to reach your Inbox. |
| 3) |
If steps 1 and 2 do not resolve the problem, contact an administrator to ask about your registration. How?
Note: You can re-register for the forum; however, you cannot re-register using the same e-mail address or username that you used to register previously unless an administrator assists you. |
