| Saving Private Messages |
You can save Private Messages from your PM Inbox or Sentbox, as well as from the page that displays the actual message. When you do this, the message is moved from its current folder to the Savebox folder. There are a variety of ways to do this, each of which is explained below.
Note: You cannot save messages from your Outbox. If you want to keep a copy of a message that you sent to a member, you can save it from your Sentbox after the member has opened or saved your message. For more information, see About the Outbox.

Tips: |

In each of your PM folders except the Outbox, there is an indicator (shown below) that lets you know how full that box is, in terms of the limit placed on the storage space. As the percentage nears 100%, we recommend that you delete messages that you need not keep (How?). It is particularly important to keep your Inbox clear, so that there is enough room for you to receive new messages.
