| Subscribing to Topic Message Notifications |
Also described as "Watch a Topic"
One of the most convenient features in the forum is that you can ask the system to send you an e-mail message when another member posts a message in a topic that you have created or to which you have posted a reply message. This is known as watching a topic.
You can also watch topics to which you have not posted a message; however you can only subscribe to those notifications one topic at a time.
After subscribing, you receive an e-mail message when a member posts a message in the topic. When it arrives, simply click the link inside the body of the message to navigate directly to the new message that was posted. (If you are not logged in, the log in page appears. After you log in, the new message appears, next.)
 Note: While watching a topic, you receive only one e-mail notification for new messages posted between your visits to that topic on the forum. You do not receive an e-mail notification for every new message that is posted.

| To watch all topics to which you have posted a message: |

When you first register, select Yes next to the Always notify me of replies preference in the registration form. How?

After you register, select Yes next to the Always notify me of replies preference in the profile edit form or the Preferences section of the forum. How?
Note: You can change this option for any specific topic whenever you post a message in it by deselecting the Notify me when a reply is posted check box inside the form used to create messages. For more information see Unsubscribing from Topic Message Notifications.

| To watch any specific topic: |

Whenever you post a message in a topic that you want to watch, select the Notify me when a reply is posted check box inside the form used to create messages.

Click Watch this topic for replies on a topic you have not posted to to stay current on any topic being discussed on the forum.
