At the top of any page, click Memberlist.

The membership list appears.

To change the way in which the members are sorted, select a different option from the Select sort method drop-down list on the page, select Ascending or Descending from the Order drop-down list, and click the Sort button.

To navigate from page to page, click on a page number, the Next link, or the Previous link on the page.

To view a member's profile, click on his/her username.

If a member has included a personal web site in his/her profile, you can click the Site button (shown below) across from his/her username to visit the site.

If a member has enabled the e-mail icon in his/her profile, you can click the e-mail button (shown below) across from his/her username to send the member an e-mail message. The form for sending an e-mail message appears, and the member's username is displayed in the Recipient line, automatically. For more information, see Sending E-mail Messages.

 Note: When you send e-mail messages to members, they can see your e-mail address. However, you will not know their e-mail addresses until they reply to your message directly from their own e-mail software. If they choose to reply to your message by using the forum's Private Message feature, you will not know their e-mail address.

To send a member a private message, click the PM button (shown below) across from his/her username. The form for sending a private message appears, and the member's username is displayed in the Username text box, automatically. For more information, see Sending Private Messages.

Note: Members must log in before the system enables them to send a member an e-mail or private message. How?
